Credit Card Payments
You can pay online at Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express. The online shop uses Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services.

You can also pay for your purchase easily via PayPal with a credit and debit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) or directly from a PayPal account. Paying via Paypal does not require registration.

Invoice and installment services
You can pay with invoice and installment services through Checkout, provided by OP and Collector. Collector also offers invoice and installment options for corporate customers.

Our shipping costs include all packaging and postal costs. We will provide an estimate of shipping costs in the shopping bag according to the primary delivery method. The available delivery methods will depend on your location. Choose the most suitable shipping method option for you from the checkout. 

Exceptions to delivery time estimates are reported if the shopping bag has any stock out of stock. We also inform about possible delays to you immediately after ordering. We are not responsible for the delays caused by force majeure or the indirect disadvantages caused by delays. The shop informs on different delivery times on product page. 

• Posti
The parcel will be delivered primarily to your home. If the parcel is too large to be delivered home, or for some reason the parcel cannot be delivered, you can pick up your parcel from Post or Posti Parcel Locker.
• Matkahuolto
Near parcel will be delivered to the Matkahuolto terminal, K-Market, R-kiosk or Matkahuolto Parcel Pick-up Point.

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. 
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any unused products within 20 days from the date of delivery. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
We are not responsible if the product is broken in transit for reasons beyond us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days, usually takes 1-3 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)   

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 Free returns in Finland


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 75€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Rockers gives its products a manufacturing warranty on manufacturing and raw material defects.

If there is a clear defect in the product, the rockers will repair the item free of charge within a reasonable time (usually within 1 month).
The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear or misuse. These include: self-inflicted or in-use scratches or other malfunctions. Warranty defects should be noted when the product owner has held the product for 20 days. This is because we are unable to know if the product has been tampered with in the sense of compensation. If you notice a defect in the product, please inform us at rockers@rockers.fi as soon as possible.


Rockers doesn’t collect/have any access to credit card information.

Rockers itself doesn’t deal with your credit card information. Rockers doesn’t collect, store or process such data in any way. 
When a customer places an order, Rockers-site sends the order information to the payment processor and then redirects the customer securely to the payment gateway’s website page where you enter your credit card information. When the payment is done, the payment processor sends a reply (callback) containing the payment status to Rockers-site. 
So, your payment information is processed on the payment processor side using a secure protocol. 


We receive, collect and store information when you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. We do not collect the Internet protocol (IP) address. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect some personally identifiable information (including name, email, communications). We do not collect credit card information. 
Comments, feedback, product reviews and recommendations are collected.
